Add PHP/FI 2.0 as an optional version

It's the very first version of PHP you could really call PHP. It wouldn't be terribly useful, mind, but it would certainly be interesting for historical reasons.

    Sjon: Just as a heads up, I believe PHP/FI 2.0 didn't have CLI, only CGI. However, don't worry, CGI is just running an app from the command line with a bunch of stuff in environment variables, and all your output goes to stdout like you'd expect.
